This painstaking process allows the natural colour and flavour of the pandan to shine through in the cake. No artificial paste, pandan essence or colouring is used. We’ve even taken the extra step to eliminate ALL chemicals by omitting baking soda, baking powder and cream of tartar.

This means you can savour pandan cake baked in the most traditional way possible: pure and uncomplicated goodness.

Storage: As there are no preservatives, the cake can be kept for up to 3-5 days in the chiller.
