Alcohol-free wine without added sugar, preservatives and sulphites.

Suitable for pregnant women and children. From the end of May to the beginning of June, we go with scissors after the Douglas fir, an invasive neophyte, and cut off the tender young shoots before anyone else in the woods discovers this delicacy.

On the base of heritage apple and pear varieties, we combine hawthorn and blackcurrant with fresh, aromatic Douglas fir tips.

-Aroma: Fresh red berries with the plump apple on the verge of banana.
-Taste: Tart berries, citrusy ethereal woody notes of young fir shoots.
-Pairing: Quick fried venison and wildfowl, lamb.
