Roti Prata is a South Indian flatbread that is crisp on the outside but soft inside. A dough and ghee mixture is masterfully flattened and flipped until it becomes a thin layer, then pan-fried. Ingredients can be added to the prata, but it is yummy even when eaten plain! The prata is usually paired with a savoury curry, and has become a perennial Singapore favourite. For the first time, this crowd favourite can now be enjoyed in the form of potato chips, anytime, anywhere.
