Marinated Chicken Chop 2 slices 原味鸡扒 (440g)

1. 速冻食品先完全解冻
2. 锅烧热，下油，把鸡扒皮的那一面朝下。中小火慢慢煎，时不时晃动一下锅让受热均匀。大概煎4分钟。
3. 翻面，继续中小火煎4分钟左右。
4. 食品摆盘，即可享用
皮爽肉滑，保持原汁原味

可搭配：黑胡椒酱，白蘑菇酱等等
