A quirky take on the traditional char siew bao, the Bakkwa Bao features a steamed bun that is soft and fluffy on the outside and filled with our savoury and smoky bakkwa inside.
Handmade in Singapore using 100% natural ingredients, with ZERO added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.
Storage: As there are no preservatives, the baos can be kept for 3-5 days in the chiller. To serve, steam for 5-10 minutes, or until piping hot.
